Note: This guy scams any way he can. Doing some research, I found him posting on dozens of shady sites (a lot of hack/warez sites, and foreign sites mostly) offering to sell his Steam Wallet guide, selling Humble Bundle codes for $85 (not even a beat-the-average code, what a shit-head), Google AdSense accounts, and more. This guy is scum. He surely has alts, and I'll update this post if I find them. His tags will never be lifted.

UPDATE 1/24/13
User appealed the tag and verified that he did, in fact, make a trade with the person. The rep has been declared legitimate.

It should be noted, however, that the user is still currently tagged as a scammer on SteamRep, due to events from another community. However, the SKIAL tags have been lifted at this time.
